Leonard Ortiz, President & CEO, has managed businesses in the protective coating, advertising specialty and national brand food industries since 2000. Ortiz has served on the Board of Directors for the Southern California Pavers and Graders Association and was awarded the Association’s “Man of the Year” Award in 1992. In 2009, he was named “Small Business Person of the Year” by the U. S. Small Business Administration-Los Angeles District Office. Leonard is a member of the Small Business Councils for the California Departments of General Services and Transportation. Ortiz attended the Anderson School of Business Management at UCLA.
Tony Genova, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, has been in the construction industry since 1988 and in the coating business since 1994. Tony has worked in almost every aspect of construction and is the license qualifier (RMO) for Lennova. Tony attended the Anderson School of Business Management at UCLA and Tuck School of Business Management at Dartmouth University.
David Genova, Vice President of Operations, has been in management and operations since 1996. He has developed and perfected the installation procedures that are unique to Lennova. This includes the floor evaluation and testing procedures that virtually eliminate the possibility of flooring failure. David has extensive technical knowledge of concrete preparation and all forms of coating. David attended the Anderson School of Business Management at UCLA.
